FOR WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES YOU ARE ALLOWED 2 REVISIONS. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE per revision.

If the user does not explicitly reject the design within the first 48 hours of delivery, it will be assumed that they have accepted the design.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Failure to Communicate

If the client fails to communicate revision requests within the initial 3-day (72-hour) period, a fee of $25 will be applied for any communication received within the following 3 days to 1 week. This fee covers the additional time and resources required to accommodate delayed feedback and maintain project momentum.

Project Completion and Closure

If a project exceeds the agreed-upon timeline by more than 2 weeks due to lack of communication or feedback from the client, the project will be considered inactive. An inactive project will be officially closed, and the client will be notified via email.

Resuming a Closed Project

Clients wishing to resume a closed project must notify the designer via email. A reactivation fee of $50 will be required to resume work on the project. A new timeline and completion date will be established upon resumption of the project.

Payment and Fees

All fees, including the reactivation fee, must be paid in full before any further work is undertaken on a closed project. Payment terms and conditions will be outlined in the initial project agreement and must be adhered to.
